Review criteria

In the review the referees are asked to take into account all of the following aspects:

1. Does the subject of this paper fit to JSSS?
2. Does the paper contain new and substantial results which differ significantly from previous publications of the author?
3. Is the paper of an international standard?
4. Are the title and the abstract pertinent and understandable to a wide audience?
5. Is the presentation clear and concise?
6. Is the text fluent and precise?
